The greatest of all are the fishermen of #Maldives, They spend most of their time on the open sea, away from the family and friends collecting most consumed food #Tuna. Pole and line is the fishing method and it’s the sustainable way to catch tuna from its schools.
Due to climate change a lot of things are happening in our waters, sometimes its really difficult to find these fish schools due to increase in surface temperature. And because of this the time spend has increased. It’s time we think about our environment and make changes for future.
This is a picture i took on 2015 while the #fisherman are transferring their catch to a collector boat inside #Fuvahmulah island.
