Kédévaahéra: Loss of vulnerable habitats

I being travelling on the eastern side of Addu atoll, Where you will be able to locate Villingili (Shangri la), Heréthéré (Herathera) Resort and Hulhumeedhoo.

Kédévaahéra is an uninhabited island running from east to west. which was connected  to main island at some point and now a channel has being dragged to make a better flow of water.  At this bay if you are lucky you can see some boats but this is definitely the area for birds. Habitiat for birds, but its also the habitat for garbage, everywhere tin cans, rubbish and waste water from the cafe’/Restraints located on the edge of Meedhoo has being flowing in to this beautiful place

If these places are being used for a commercal use these habitats would soon be lost. You can make money by building a resort. But you dont see the future of your children.
